An extensive project involving the complete modernization of Czech Television’s broadcasting facilities, including the installation of new technology and the complete renovation of its own facilities. The complex is designed to handle up to six television channels, one test channel, and a backup chain, along with up to four regional programs. The complex can be further expanded in a modular fashion.
Harmonic Spectrum X/VSX is used as the main and backup broadcast servers, Aveco Astra with NUE terminals is the main automation system, EVS Cerebrum is the control and monitoring system, the main television infrastructure is based on Evertz EQX matrices, signal processing is provided by Evertz, Cobalt Digital, and Ross Video, and Apantac T# technology is used for multiviewers.
The implementation of our own project took 13 months from the signing of the contract to the handover of the work.
