As every year in the fall, our premises in Karlák welcomed the SMART DAY 2024 event.
This year, we and our partners once again presented the latest trends and technologies, not only in the field of broadcasting, but also in 5G applications.
Our new friend, the robot dog with a LiveU LUS300 unit, once again attracted a lot of attention. The remote technician, dressed in a vest with the familiar LiveU backpack, demonstrated another use for LiveU beyond traditional broadcasting.
An interesting new feature was image transmission using the Starlink terminal – the Flat High Performance model, also designed for mobile reception and vehicle mounting. In conjunction with the LU800 encoder, it demonstrated the advantages of video bonding in connection with the 5G network.
