Just like every year in the autumn, our premises at Karlák welcomed the SMART DAY 2024 event this year.
Also this year, we and our partners presented the latest trends and technologies, this year not only in the field of broadcasting, but also in 5G applications.
Our new friend, the robo dog with the LiveU LUS300 unit, once again attracted a lot of attention. A remote technician “as if alive”, dressed in a vest with the well-known LiveU backpack, represented another use of LiveU not only in classic broadcasting.
An interesting novelty was the image transmission using the Starlink terminal – Flat High Performance model, also intended for mobile reception and installation on vehicles. In combination with the LU800 encoder, it demonstrated the advantages of video bonding in conjunction with the 5G network.
